Chili Tripel - Midtfyns Brewery 9,2%
Gold at WBA World Best and European Best in 2012

Chili Tripel is a Belgian inspired Tripel. A cheeky beer, where the blend of Belgian yeast and sharp chili unfolds in a truly magical way. The malt and hops are adjusted so that the taste is rounded and well-balanced. This beer is good for seafood and tapas.


Bishops Finger - Shepherd Neame

Bishops Finger is brewed by England's oldest brewery, and is the only beer in the world  awarded a Protective Geographical Indication. The 'Finger' is Shepherd Neame's flagship Strong Ale, drawing on their long brewing heritage and the fact that they are situated in the 'Garden of England' with access to the freshest hops

IPA is a the epitome of a brilliant blend of malt, and beautifully balanced hops. Great aroma  of citrus and a delicate aftertaste of hops and flowers.
Caledonian was the first to open up the market again for golden, hoppy, session ales.

Strong Suffolk - Greene King
Gold at WBA in 2007.

A unique blend of 2 classic ales - the dark BPA and the paler, oak conditioned (12%!) vintage '5X'. Strong Suffolk is dark and intense, almost ruby red in colour, with a spicy and fruity aroma. A full-bodied ale with flavours of oak, caramel and toasted toffee. The ultimate beer for roast pork. Strangely, no-one now knows what BPA stands for, but happily the brewing notes still exist.

Proper Job - St. Austell

Proper Job is an authentic IPA. Brewed from fresh spring water and a blend of malts including local Maris Otter barley. A hoppy, golden bitter fills the palate with an aftertaste of citrus and grapefruit.

Bellerose - Brasseries des Sources

Winner in Paris, Sydney, London, Strasbourg, and okyo.

The brewery, founded by the French actor Gerard Depardieu, presents this cross between a French "Biere de Garde" and an IPA. Bellerose is brewed with 3 types of hops from 3 different continents. This gives Bellerose an edgy flavor of citrus and lychee with a hoppy and refreshing aftertaste.

This high-end brewery just outside of Rome, was founded in 2005. They make bubbly beer and champagne to be drunk immediately, and is absolutely fantastic for food. Available only in the finest restaurants in Europe.

Westmalle Tripel is brewed using the same recipe for over 50 years and ranks highly among beer enthusiasts all over the world. It is described as the 'mother of all triples'. Beautiful with champagne-like bubbles, complex in flavor and a lovely creamy white head.

Fynsk Forår - Ørbæk

A top-fermented beer brewed like an English ale. There elderflower is added, which gives a fresh floral flavor and a lovely sense of Danish Spring and Summer. It has a fruity bouquet and is suitable for light dishes.

Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is considered by anyone who likes good beer as one of their favourites. A relatively new beer, yet already a classic. It is incredibly tasty, hoppy and with a fresh taste of citrus. Drink it whenever you want to treat yourself.

Sadly, no longer brewed at Hall & Woodhouse for the British TV food guru Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall, known particularly for his River Cottage products. This was his Organic Beer with stinging nettles which provide a rich source of nutrients. Time to bring this wonderful beer back...join the campaign!

Dead Cat - Beer Here
Gold at Stockholm Beer Festival 2012

Beer Here's Dead Cat won gold at the prestigious Beer Festival in Stockholm in  2012.  A red ale hopped with Simcoe provides strong notes of pine needles and melon. Along with the British caramel malts this gives a unique but still moderate alcohol taste.

Scottish Stout - Belhaven

luxury hand-brewed stout at 7% was awarded top marks in the stout category in 2008. A quality beer which has everything a real stout should contain. Notes of chocolate and nuts - very tasty.
